Refund Policy

• Paid for a gift card or gift box but not sent it yet? You can withdraw within 14 days and get a full refund.

• Once a design has been sent, credits are in your wallet, or an invitation package has been added to your invitation, the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies, because you asked for immediate delivery at checkout.

• If something we sold you doesn't work, we fix it or refund you.

• Charged twice for the same gift? The second payment is refunded automatically.

If you paid for a gift card or gift box design and haven't sent it yet, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of paying. Send us a clear statement, for example by email to [contact email], or use the form below (you don't have to). We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method.

Credit packs are delivered to your wallet, and invitation packages to your invitation, as soon as the payment is confirmed; a gift design is delivered when it is first sent. After delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies, because at checkout you asked us to deliver right away and confirmed you understood this.

• The gift doesn't work as described (for example it won't open, or content is missing through our fault): tell us and we will fix it. If we can't, you get a refund or a fair price reduction.

• You paid but nothing was delivered: we deliver it or refund you in full.

• You were charged twice for the same gift: the duplicate payment is refunded automatically. If you don't see it within 10 days, contact us.

These rights come from the law and don't depend on the waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Email [contact email] from the address you used for the purchase, with the order number from your confirmation email and a short description. We reply within 14 days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 working days before you see the money.

• A refunded design can't be sent again. Gifts already sent from it may stay available until they expire, without the free extension, or we may turn their links off.

• For a refunded credit pack, the credits from it that you haven't used are removed from your wallet.

• For a refunded invitation package, its invitations that haven't been given to a guest yet are removed. Guest links already created may keep working, or we may turn them off.
